About Hawks Court
Hawk’s Court is Northern Kentucky’s premier indoor pickleball club featuring seven indoor courts, open plays, leagues, lessons, tournaments, private events, and a full-service bar.
We’re looking for an energetic, hospitality-focused leader to join our founding team and help create an exceptional experience for every guest who walks through our doors.
This is a hands-on leadership role. The Hospitality & Bar Manager will work behind the bar, lead shifts, train staff, and oversee the day-to-day hospitality operations of Hawks Court.
Position Summary
The Hospitality & Bar Manager serves as the face of Hawks Court’s hospitality experience. This individual is responsible for leading the bar and front desk teams while maintaining a welcoming, high-energy environment throughout the facility.
This is a working manager position, meaning candidates should expect to spend a significant portion of their time bartending, interacting with guests, and leading from the floor.
Primary Responsibilities
Hospitality & Guest Experience
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience.
- Establish and maintain hospitality standards.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally.
- Create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere.
Bar Operations
- Work regular bartending shifts.
- Oversee daily bar operations.
- Manage inventory and ordering.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Develop drink specials and promotions.
Front Desk Operations
- Oversee guest check-in procedures.
- Ensure reservation and waiver accuracy.
- Support front desk staff and scheduling.
- Maintain retail and merchandise presentation.
Leadership & Staffing
- Hire, train, and develop hospitality staff.
- Lead by example during all shifts.
- Conduct team meetings and coaching.
- Assist with scheduling and labor management.
Daily Operations
- Execute opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain facility presentation standards.
- Support private events and tournaments.
- Assist ownership with operational improvements.
- Assist with booking and execution of events.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience required.
- Leadership or management experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality.
- Nights and weekends required.
- Passion for sports, hospitality, or pickleball is a plus!
Compensation & Benefits

Estimated Annual Compensation
- Hourly Pay: ~$40,000–$50,000
- Tips: ~$15,000–$25,000+
Total Estimated Compensation: $55,000–$75,000+
