About the Role
Hawks Court is looking for friendly, energetic Front Desk / Bar Associates to be the face of our guest experience.
This is a hybrid position combining front desk/customer service responsibilities with basic bartending. No cocktail or extensive bartending experience is required. Our bar service is intentionally simple, primarily consisting of draft beer, canned beer, seltzers, wine, and other ready-to-serve beverages.
You’ll welcome guests, check players in, assist with reservations and memberships/passes, serve drinks, and help create the fun, social atmosphere we want Hawks Court to be known for.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide a friendly, welcoming experience
- Check players in for court reservations, open plays, leagues, lessons, and events
- Learn and confidently use Hawks Court’s reservation/POS software
- Assist guests with reservations, accounts, passes, payments, and general questions
- Serve draft beer, canned beverages, wine, and other simple bar products
- Verify identification and follow all alcohol-service policies
- Process bar, retail, court, and other transactions
- Keep all facility areas clean and organized
- Restock beverages, merchandise, and front desk supplies
- Answer phones and assist with basic guest inquiries
- Complete opening and closing responsibilities
- Communicate issues or guest concerns to management
- Help with basic event, league, and tournament check-in when needed
- Create a fun, positive, and professional environment for guests
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for people who are personable, dependable, comfortable talking with customers, and able to multitask in a busy social environment.
Previous customer service, restaurant, bar, retail, front desk, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required. We can train the right person on our reservation system and bar procedures.
Applicants must be comfortable serving alcohol and meet all applicable age and alcohol-service requirements. Evening and weekend availability will be important.
Pickleball knowledge is a plus, but definitely not required.

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
