Guest Rules & Check-In

Limits Per Reservation
- Maximum [X] guests per court reservation regardless of tier
- The member must be present on-court for the full reservation

Check-In Process
- Add your guest through the member app before arriving
- Guests check in at the front desk with a valid photo ID
- First-time guests complete a digital waiver on-site — takes under 2 minutes

House Rules
- Proper athletic attire and court shoes are required.
- Outside beverages are not permitted
- Guests under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult

Guest Fees
Structured seasonal play with consistent matchups and scheduled games.
- Walk-in guest fee is $12/hr per person without a pass
- Guests must still follow all check-in and waiver

Membership Waiver & Liability
All members and guests must have a signed waiver on file before stepping on a court.
